Tim Dunkley - UK Reports

My name is Tim Dunkley and I live in Southampton.

I am a World Snooker Association Grade C coach based at Chandler’s Ford Snooker Club.

If you need some help with your game you may book a coaching session with me here

I first got involved with junior snooker when my son Alex, who now plays on the EASB Premier Junior Tour, joined Chandler’s Ford in 2000. I help run the junior section with club-owner Jim Everett and have run the highly successful £1,000 Under-21 Roll Up for five years.

I am a member of the Snooker Writers' Association. As well as being press officer for the World Ladies Billiards & Snooker Association, I also write the Southern Daily Echo’s Saturday snooker page and contribute to CueSport magazine and sotonsnooker.com (which covers cue sports in the Southampton area) and I have my own blog on the Daily Echo website.

Snooker Articles With Tim Dunkley

Over the last few years, Chandler’s Ford SC has started to make a name for itself, nationally. The club currently has two England internationals (Billy and Shane Castle) and the women’s world number seven (Suzie Opacic). We also have three representatives on the EASB Premier Junior Tour.

We think Tim is going to be a great asset to Maximumbreak and wish him all the success in this snooker section.

Regards,
