Lionel Payne – Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Lionel Payne has been playing snooker since he was a teenager and coaching since he was 24, some 21 years ago. He currently Captains two local Snooker League teams and is located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. He has coached players of all abilities and ages in both 1-1 and group formats. He is well known in West Yorkshire and Snooker coaching generally.
Lionel is most famous for being coach and mentor to 6 times World Ladies Snooker Champion and currently World No1 Ranked WPBA 9 Ball Pool player, Kelly Fisher. He has coached Kelly since she was 12 and still mentors and coaches her in the U.S.
Lionel coaches both Snooker and Pool and is renowned for his approach to teaching the fundamentals of the game.
Lionel is available to coach mainly from Rileys Snooker Club in Wakefield but is willing to travel subject to expenses in addition to his coaching fee.
Rates are £25 (GBP) Per hour.
